
NATALIE BISAL
Natalie is trained in Yoga therapy for Anxiety, Mental Health Skills for Yoga CPD and has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology. She also teaches various styles of yoga including Breathwork, Yin, Mindfulness Meditation, Vinyasa Flow and Power Flow.
Her mission is to inspire and empower others to slow down, tune into themselves and remember that everything we need is already within us.

Natalie started her yoga journey over 5 years ago. Though initially drawn to yoga for the physical benefits, Natalie has since found herself and her work deeply inspired by the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of the practice. Yoga has enabled her to develop self-compassion, acceptance, and self-care, qualities she practices in her teachings as well as in her daily life. Natalie’s passion for mental health and wellbeing, as part of a whole-being holistic approach, draws on her background in health psychology as well as from her own life experiences. Through her own self-study, healing, and cultivation of self-love and compassion, Natalie strives to find ways to share her experiences and learnings with her students. Her mission is to inspire and empower others to slow down, tune into themselves, and remember that everything we need is already within us. Cultivating a deep sense of knowing that we are already enough as we are. She loves to bring a gentle and compassionate, yet empowering energy to her work, always with the intention of ensuring her students feel a sense of safety and freedom to explore on their own individual journeys. She aspires to become a fully qualified yoga therapist, whilst continuing in her professional research career, with the aim of highlighting the benefits of yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork, so that everyone has access to a wide range of tailored mind-body practices.

NATALIE OFFERS:
- Natalie teaches various styles of yoga including Breathwork, Yin, Mindfulness Meditation, Vinyasa Flow and Power Flow. She is committed to tailoring each practice to suit her student’s needs, which may involve any of the following:
- Physical movement practices – posture, alignment, and cue-based classes to delve deeper into the physical body (including asana / postural breakdown)
- Mental health-focused practices – grounding practices, mindfulness, and breathing exercises to support student’s health and wellbeing on-and-off the mat
- Supporting students to develop a personalised self-care practice, including breathwork, mindfulness, self-compassion, and relaxation techniques
- Themed classes – incorporating yogic philosophy and psychology to support student’s needs (for example, letting go of attachment, connecting to the body over the ego, quieting inner critic)
- Psychoeducation – developing an understanding of how such practices work and why they work.
